Terms and conditions

The rules for using UniLoop, whether you're attending, organising, recruiting, or listing a business.

Last updated 20 September 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using UniLoop, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What UniLoop is

UniLoop connects student organisations, attendees, and local businesses. Organisations can create and manage events, sell tickets, and run recruitment applications. Attendees can discover and register for events. Partners can list their business and offer deals to student organisations. UniLoop is a platform that facilitates these connections — it is not the organiser of any event, the employer in any recruitment process, or a party to any deal offered by a partner.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.

4. Events and ticketing

  • Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, for delivering the event as described, and for setting their own refund policy, shown on the event page before registration.
  • Paid tickets are processed through Stripe. UniLoop may charge a platform fee on paid tickets, shown at checkout.
  • UniLoop is not responsible for an event being changed, cancelled, or not meeting your expectations — that's between you and the organising organisation, though we'll help where we reasonably can.

5. Recruitment applications

Organisations using UniLoop's recruitment tools are solely responsible for the questions they ask, how they use applicant responses, and their hiring or membership decisions. Applicants should only share information they're comfortable providing to that organisation.

6. Partner listings

Partner accounts are responsible for the accuracy of their listing and any deal offered to student organisations. UniLoop reviews listings before they go live but does not guarantee, endorse, or take responsibility for any partner's business, products, or services.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent yourself, your organisation, or your business.
  • Use UniLoop to collect information you don't need or have no legitimate use for.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • Use the platform for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to others.

8. Fees and refunds

See our Refund policy for how ticket refunds and platform fees work.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

UniLoop is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, UniLoop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between attendees, organisers, applicants, or partners.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of UniLoop after a change means you accept the updated terms.
