Refund policy

How refunds work for event tickets bought through UniLoop.

Last updated 20 September 2026

1. Each event sets its own refund policy

Refunds for paid tickets are governed by the organising organisation's own refund policy and deadline, shown on the event page before you register. Organisers can allow or disallow self-service cancellations, and set how close to the event refunds are still available.

2. How to request a refund

If the event allows it, you can cancel your registration and request a refund from your tickets page before the event's refund deadline. If self-service cancellation isn't available, contact the organising organisation directly, or reach out to support@uniloop.io if you need help.

3. If an event is cancelled

If an organiser cancels an event, registered attendees are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price, regardless of the event's stated refund window.

4. Platform fees

UniLoop's platform fee on paid tickets is non-refundable, except where the event itself is cancelled by the organiser.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take several business days for a refund to appear on your statement after it's processed.

6. Partner deals

Deals and discounts offered by partner businesses are provided directly by that business, not by UniLoop, and aren't covered by this refund policy. Contact the partner directly about any deal-related issue.

7. Disputes

If you can't resolve a refund issue with an organiser directly, email support@uniloop.io and we'll help mediate.
